General Agreements:

- You agree to me working as an artist, interpreting your request to a degree of artistic freedom.

- You must be at least 18 years old to order commissions classified as “NSFW” by me.

- Any commissions that may intend on sexual portray of minors are prohibited.

- Work on the commission starts when I receive the agreed upon monetary sum.

- I reserve the right to deny or cancel projects on personal comfort and/or your conduct. Refunds are issued when an already started commission cannot be finished because of complications on my end.

- I reserve the right to deny/cancel your reservation if you don’t agree upon my terms or respond within 24 hours.

- Unless the license states otherwise, I retain the rights to the items produced and am allowed to use the copyrighted works for, and not limited to: publishing & promotion. I will never resell your completed commissions.

- If any doubts arrise you may request Work-In-Progress images from me. I reserve the right to deny such requests.

- You may request for changes to artwork to be made at any time before the final delivery. These are provided free of charge, however I’am also free to deny them at will. In general you should not ask for changes after a feature has been completed. Ask me for guidelines if you don’t grasp the process.

- Commission's delivery date may change as a result of your requests for changes to the project.

Please keep in mind that my timezone is (GMT + 01:00).

Payment:

Accepted payment forms:- 100% upfront

- 50% upfront & 50% before the final delivery (you will receive previews of the final product)


Available ways of sending funds:- PayPal (payment in $)

- Bank Transfer (If your bank is based in EU then preferred payment is in € or ZŁ)


Refunds:- Refunds apply only when I have received the funds on my end.

- Upon your request, if work on the commission hasn’t yet started (I will inform you when it does) a 100% refund is issued (minus transfer fees).- If you no longer wish for the commission after work on it has started an individual evaluation of the work will commence. I reserve the right to refuse the refund or share with you the content I’ve already finished. (You will also be put on Santa’s naughty list)

Delivery & Licensing:

Content Delivery:- I will send an email at the address provided by you, containing the files or instructions on how to download them. You shall receive all elements agreed upon in the commission.

(In case of 3D models export format needs to be discussed before the delivery. Remember that some features like the hair or shaders cannot be translated outside Blender without extensive work.)

- Mind that storage space is limited, I cannot guarantee that download's to your commission's will last forever. In such cases contact me to renew them.


License:- With the received item’s you will also be bestowed upon a license containing the extent of your rights to them.My Standard-Issue License allows you to:

Edit & Share the item’s freely as long as it is not done with commercial purpose. You will be able to include the commissioned piece in your game's/other products as long as the intend is not commercial (voluntary donations by users are allowed).

Personalized License can be discussed and acquired for the ability to maintain commercial rights, publish the item's onto paid-access platforms and more.
